What data we collect
When you send the quote form we receive your name, email, phone number, the treatment you are interested in and your message. If you send X-rays or photos, we also receive health data, which we use only to assess your treatment.
Why we use it
We use your data only to answer your request, prepare your treatment plan and organise your visit. The legal basis is your consent and the steps needed before a contract.
Who receives it
Your form is delivered through our form provider (Formspree) to our email. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months, and patient records for the period required by Albanian law.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@adriasmile.online. You can also complain to the Albanian Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDP) or to the data protection authority in your country.
